Residential/commercial properties are prone to insect activity; whether it's ants, crickets, centipedes, bees, wasps, hornets, etc. Exposed cracks and crevices on the exterior of houses, buildings, sheds, allow insects access into wall voids. Ornamental plants on the property offer a food source. Excessive mulch, under stones, and other landscaping can provide sheltering sites to forage. All a pest needs is food, water, shelter and they find that in and around our homes and property. My approach is to identify the pest and perform remediation actions from there.

Price List

Yellowjackets/Bald Faced Hornets

• Below ground nest or nest in bush removal range from $135 – 155.
• Nest removals from trees below roof of house range from $125 – $195.
• Nest removals from house range from $175 – $275.

Carpenter Bee Service

• Carpenter bee removal ranges from $125 – $250. Price difference depends on the severity of the infestation and the height of the activity off of the ground. Any caulking of holes/tunnels is a separate optional choice for homeowners. Caulking and sealing of wood can be provided in some cases.

Mining Bees

• Mining bees are harmless spring time pollinators that do not sting. I do not use Insecticides are not used on these native bees. My approach is a more environmentally friendly soil alteration or relocation.
• Bumble bees as well are generally left alone unless they are found to be inside the walls of an occupied home or structure.

Cicada Killer Wasps

• Routine service applications repeated once every 10 days until end of season $350.

European Hornets

• Nest removals from trees $155.
• Nest service on homes/structures $250.

Muddauber Wasps

• Mud cell removals range from $75 – $175.

Paper Wasps

• Nest service on specific nests ranges from $75 – $175.

General Maintenance and Inspections

• House and property complete service ranges from $250 – $350 annually.
• Annual, monthly, quarterly, and one-time service applications are provided. Services affected by application have a 6 month or end of year guarantee.
• Inspection fee is $55, which is waived if service is done. Most services range from $175 – $255. All work has 6 month to end of year guarantee.
• Basic exterior inspection is $35.
• Interior inspection is $55.
• Attic inspection is $95.

Missed Appointments

• If you miss a schedule appointment, there will be a $35 charge for the spent time and fuel.
